working principle

Compressed heat regenerative dryer absorbs the advantages of high temperature desorption by thermal adsorption desiccator and large adsorption capacity of non-heat desiccant at room temperature, which avoids the shortcomings of short heat exchangers' The disadvantages of large power consumption of heat-absorption dryers make use of the characteristics of high-temperature exhaust air of compressors to regenerate dehydration of adsorbents. Meanwhile, a device for drying compressed air by adopting the principle of variable temperature and pressure swing adsorption is adopted. For exhaust temperature ≥ 110 ℃ after the air compressor.
